1. Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your business card design purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer the following refund options:
- Eligibility for Refunds: You may request a refund for any service purchased within 30 days of the transaction. After this period, we are unable to offer refunds.
- How to Request a Refund: To request a refund, please email us at Contact@fastappbox.shop with your order ID and the reason for your request. You may also include any supporting information (e.g., design drafts, feedback) to help us process your request.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider. Typically, it may take 5-14 business days to process, but in some cases, it may take up to 30 days, depending on the payment provider.
- Partial Refunds: If a service has been partially used, such as if you’ve received a design draft but not the final product, we may offer a partial refund based on the progress of the work. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
2. Conditions for Refunds
The following conditions must be met to be eligible for a refund:
- Service Delivery Issues: If the business card design is not delivered as described or does not meet your expectations based on the agreement, you may request a refund.
- Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties with receiving your design files, please contact our support team immediately. We will work to resolve the issue, and if it cannot be solved within a reasonable timeframe, we will offer a refund.
- Service Misunderstanding: If you mistakenly purchased the wrong service (e.g., selecting the wrong package), we can offer a refund as long as the service has not been fully rendered. Please review the service details before completing your purchase.
- Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for a change of mind or dissatisfaction with the design offering. We encourage you to fully review the service details and design samples before making a purchase.
3. Return Policy
Since FastAppBox offers digital design services, returns are not applicable. However, we will do our best to address any concerns you have with your purchased designs.
4. Exclusions
We do not offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- Failure to Follow Instructions: If you fail to provide the necessary details or instructions for your design or do not respond to our requests for feedback, no refunds will be offered.
- External Factors: We are not responsible for issues caused by your internet connection, device, or third-party software that may impact your ability to receive or view the design files.
